Vi is mostly self taught, she has always been interested in art, especially needle craft. 

    Born in Kansas, moved to Nebraska with her family while her father searched for employment during the 30’s.  She attended various schools throughout Nebraska ending up in Grant High and has been a resident of     Perkins County every since. 

    She has three children and 5 Grandchildren. After retirement she took classes at silver thimble to learn it the correct way to quilt.
