Roy Godbolt

Roy is retired from Pacific Telephone & Telegraph in California and presently lives in Grant Nebraska where he is in the process of restoring an old turn of last century Victorian style home.  He is the webmiester for the PCAAC web site along with being a member of the Cowboy Capital Chorus of barbershop harmonizers in Ogallala Nebraska.

He is also hard of hearing which led to volunteering for the Art Gallery here in Grant.  He thought they said "STAND UP" while in reality they had said "SHUT UP" and he became one 0f the charter board members of Meadowlark Gallery.

Prior to this his idea of art appreciation was watching the honeymooners with Art Carney or listening to Simon and "ART" Garfunkle's soundtrack of the "Graduate".

Meanwhile my Homemade Kahlua Recipe

Ingredients:

Mixing instructions:

Dissolve sugar in 2 cups of boiling water and add corn syrup. Dissolve the instant coffee in the remaining water. Pour syrup and coffee in a gallon jug. Let it cool. Add vodka and vanilla when cold. For the best result, let the mixture "mature" for 4-5 weeks.

* If your tap water has a distinctive aroma and vanilla beans and Stoli are a little pricey, use a quality bottled water.

** You can eliminate the vanilla bean and shorten the aging process by using vanilla flavored Stoli.

#    Use a good quality instant coffee like Yuban.....

These drawings that I did back in the '80s prove that I was wise to stick to being a computer nerd for a living.

In real life, these two ladies are out of this world, too bad I couldn't do them justice
